It’s EAT LOCAL WEEK in Ashland and Brothers’ Restaurant is proud to be a part of it. The Farmers’ Market is at its peak right now, so I hope you’re all taking advantage of the bounty of our local farmers’ hard work.

This week enjoy a Mango Mimosa with a Special Salad, featuring local peaches from Medford’s Rolling Hills Organic Farm. The peaches are sauteed in syrupy Balsalmic and served with Prosciutto, blue cheese and toasted pine nuts.

At home, yesterday’s market inspired these mini Pizza Capreses with red and green tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella and just-picked basil.
